Little Sparrow Massage Therapy

I believe massage therapy is an important part of whole-body health and wellness, supporting emotional and mental wellbeing alongside the physical body. I tailor each session to the individual, blending clinical and relaxation techniques so you don’t have to choose between therapeutic work and a calming experience. I offer prenatal, clinical, and relaxation massage, with a special interest in hip pain and the lower body. My goal is to help relax the mind so the body can follow.

In addition to massage therapy, I am a Reiki practitioner and Certified Educator of Infant Massage. I enjoy teaching caregivers how to massage their little ones, supporting physical and emotional wellbeing while creating opportunities for connection and bonding between caregiver and baby.

At Bloom Midwifery, my goal is to provide evidence-based, client-centered midwifery care. I attend home births, and have delivery privileges at Labor of Love Birth Center is Spartanburg if a birth center setting is desired.
